Managing advertisement, architecture and interior design projects end to end, from signing contracts to successful delivery, including planning, resource allocation, execution, monitoring, controlling, reporting, etc.
Achieving customer satisfaction by keeping the projects on schedule, on budget, and at high quality.
Capacity planning for the resources and load balancing as needed.
Identifying, managing and mitigating risks.
Interacting with and managing the expectations and relations of all internal and external stakeholders such as personnel, customers and subcontractors.
Reporting to CEO and working with almost all departments and personnel.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s is preferred) in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of combined experience in project management, customer relations and stakeholder management. Work experience in advertisement, architecture, interior design or related fields is a plus.
Knowledge of Project Management Body Of Knowledge (PMBOK) is required.
Project management training course and certification is a plus.
Proficient in using MS-Project and good at Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Ability to deliver results in complex projects and stressful situations.
Skilled at Negotiation, Risk management, Communications, Planning, Leadership, Team working, Customer relationship and stakeholder management.
Design and execute sales, marketing and advertisement strategies including plans and campaigns
Designing, managing, and updating marketing channels and materials including website, social media, internal communications, public relations, catalogues, presentation materials, resume, portfolios, etc.
Writing sales proposals and follow up until contract signature
Present related services to potential clients and create the interest to become actual clients
Attend sales and marketing meetings and help with signing deals
Conduct market research and analysis to discover leads as well as new markets to enter
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s is preferred) in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business Administration, Management or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of combined experience in marketing, sales, advertisement and public relations. Work experience in advertisement, architecture, interior design, or related fields is a plus.
Skilled in sales, marketing, advertisement, communications (verbal and written), customer relationship management, public relations, presentation, negotiation, branding, strategy and campaign design, English language, leadership, teamwork, analysis, market research, digital marketing (web, social media, on-line advertisement, etc.)
Training courses and certifications in sales, marketing, advertisement and communications is a plus.
Reporting to marketing manager and working with related teams such as graphic designers, project managers, copywriters, etc.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and at least one CRM software.
